The best way to stay happy is to keep busy, and so I have been.
Definitely busy and slightly happier.

Well all the hard work FINALLY paid off.

All of the left overs will be hanging in my apartment. Score! 

They will most likely be present at my wedding, some day in the far future. 

The new years party was quite the success. 

My body is sore from all of the dancing and festivities but it was so worth it. I'm welcoming this new year with arms WIDE open!

I'm a pretty big fan of these photos. 

I have the most wonderful and loving mother in the world.
As I prepare to go back to my apartment in a few days, she bestowed upon me many many gifts.
What a blessing!

After which we had our own new year's celebration with ice cream and martinelli

since we were too tired last night. 

Random thoughts/occurences (of course)
-I forgot how to spell carrots today... french and english are such a mess in my head sometimes
-I have been boycotting makeup for the past month and will most likely do so for the rest of my life
-cheese balls are the strangest ideas
-planning a budget was the best thing I have ever done
-only day 1 in 2013 and I already checked off two goals. points!
-my best friends are in my family
-my camera is my most loyal companion. the best gift I have ever received. ever.
-almond milk equals complete satisfaction
-more crafty crafts planned for tomorrow
